very pleasant wine

Claymore Wines Birdhouse in Your Soul Rose 2024 gran-chaco It was set to ageThis is a modern iteration of the Rose style, a departure from the more generous palate profile of more traditional pink releases. A wine of great elegance and structure, bright crunchy acid and fine length. Racy natural acid provides the backbone to this delicious food wine proudly bone dry. This blushing beauty is made for lazy afternoon grazing in the sunshine; serve well chilled.
