with no sulphur added until bottling

All the Mataro was pressed to [neutral] oak and Shiraz to stainless (10 months)
The wine is yellow with slight green hues and shows hints of mandarin
Tapanappa Riesling 2018 rudi-rabl Muenchberg means the “mountain of2018 Tapanappa Eden Valley Riesling was late harvested (it was the last fruit into the winery) and is a dry quintessentially Eden Valley Riesling "a pure reflection of a unique terroir", floral and flinty with a very long life ahead.
